Melissa graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and applies that knowledge to analyze the demographics, company vision/goals and sales materials to identify creative solutions ensuring that her clients are maximizing their marketing dollars.
She has nearly 12 years of Real Estate project management experience handling all aspects of branding and marketing within residential, commercial, vacation and senior markets for both small and large corporations. She has been an active affiliate member of ORRA, GTAR, FAR, NAR, RAGFL, FHBA and NAHB. In her "free" time she has led project management and marketing in the US for an International not-for-profit, Female Courage Foundation.
