What to expect from this program:

• Focused program to help the new or returning agent develop a solid sphere of influence and successful agent habits for daily lead generation, marketing strategy, scripts & roleplay, referral programs and contract to close time management. 
• Daily emails Monday through Friday with clear and concise direction and weekly homework for the New or Returning Agent to complete for that day.
• Group calls via Zoom with live video every Tuesday for weekly accountability on the weekly task requirements. 
• Guest contributors offering LIVE sessions on the private Facebook page for Q & A on their success, what has helped them succeed and what they would avoid if they had the choice to restart their career path in real estate. 
• Exclusive access to a private Facebook page for New and Returning agents to ask questions, share wins, struggles and ask marketing strategy questions. Monitored by Melissa McNeil and other Subject Matter Expert contributors. 
• Support and Motivation from your peers as you embark on this journey together.
